Our registered gas safe engineer will carry out a full check on your appliances, fittings and flues to ensure they are efficient and safe for your tenants, keeping you compliant with current legislation and confirmation that a check has been carried out by a gas safe engineer in the last 12 months.

What is a landlord gas safety certificate?

It is a legal requirement for landlords to have all gas appliances, pipework and flues checked every 12 months to make sure the property they are renting out is safe for their tenants. A copy of your certificate will need to be provided to your tenants within 28 days and your old certificate must be kept for at least 2 years.
